This form is used to submit upcoming events to the webmaster to upload to the website.

You must submit this form at least 10 days prior to the event. Any form submitted within less time will have to be approved by the President (Frank Casciani) or Vice President (Nancy Scheuerman) or the Events Coordinator (Padgett Mason)

The best format to upload is JPEG.
The size of the photo may be large as long as it is under 2MB.
Make sure that every image that you upload has the event name on it. If you want you may add the coordinator’s name. eg: Create_Your_Mask_Coordinator_001.jpeg. Make sure that the file name also contains a number sequence.
Images without the proper labeling will be returned. This is not an option. It is a very strict request from the webmaster of SVAC.
Follow this naming format: Create_Your_Mask_Coordinator_#.jpg.
