Masters degree, educated in Art, I have made my living teaching and producing Art for 45 years, starting in Michigan and relocating to California in 1979. Glass captured my attention by combining translucent in functional vessels in 1992. Teaching glassblowing at UCSD for 15 years brought me into a group that traveled to several countries including Italy, Japan & Scotland to study basically Venetian-style techniques. I also studied at Corning Glass in New York and 5 classes in sculptural glass at Penland, NC. Producing Art Glass will always be my passionate focus, and I await anxiously each day at the glory hole.
