Since childhood, I have been fascinated by the natural world: plants. butterflies, birds, and dragonflies. And I have always tried to show living things: first with crayons and graduating to watercolor. The m important and most exciting is color! I love color and attempt to capture texture, depth, sheen, iridescence and perspective. After retirement, I became a Botanical Artist at the NY Botanical Garden.
